Kevin M. McGuinness, PhD, MSCP
Dr. McGuinness is a prescribing clinical health psychologist who is board-certified in clinical health psychology. He is a nationally recognized health policy leader working at the intersection of psychology, medicine, public health, and information technology to help individuals, families, communities and national institutions distinguish between medically-oriented health-care systems that treat disease, and health systems strategically designed to prevent it. He has worked with universities, primary care clinics, and family medicine and psychology residency programs to innovate interprofessional training models. Dr. McGuinness retired as Captain from the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service.
Keith P. McGuinness, CPA, FACHE
Mr. McGuinness is a lifelong entrepreneur who began his career as a CPA with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. His persistent focus is the development of new products and services that have the potential to help individuals prevent or postpone the onset of chronic disease. For nearly thirty years he has focused on the development of software applications and platforms that help people adopt healthful behaviors for weight control. His present focus is on the development of new business models that are needed to fuel a post-COVID 19 reality and build an economic bridge from healthcare to health. Mr. McGuinness is a past Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. In 2023, as a matter of self-development, Mr. McGuinness achieved certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Certified Personal Trainer; he has a specialization in senior fitness.
Thomas McKnight, MD, MPH, M.Div.
Dr. McKnight is board-certified in both family medicine and preventive medicine. In 2003, he served as the Medical Editor for the American Academy of Family Physicians Obesity Monograph. In 2005, he authored Obesity Management in Family Practice, a peer reviewed text. His passion is to help medical providers offer DNA-based nutrition for patients to reduce their genetic risk for disease. Dr. McKnight is proud and honored to have served in the military for over 25 years. He represents the third of four generations that have served America in the U.S. Armed Forces. He retired as an AF Colonel having received 5 meritorious service medals.
